Developing a Risk Management Process for Infrastructure Projects Using IDEF0

The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project is a massive, large-scale construction venture with complex interface. In order to reduce the risk of disasters and industrial accidents in save costs, simple flexible management system necessary for projects such as MRT. A set processes was identified through literature review data collection, Integration Definition Function Modeling (IDEF0) process used logical analysis. IDEF0 diagram clearly depicts items be delivered at each interface, reduced by facilitating flow on various items. results this research will applied other practical projects, special emphasis planning design stages. Future work verify whether implementation proposed does indeed effectively risks completed project.
